This landmark residential project was designed and executed for our esteemed client, Mr. M C Mohan, in Vijaynagar, Bangalore.
Conceived in a refined fusion architectural style, the structure reflects a harmonious blend of classical detailing and contemporary elements. The building stands tall and elegant, characterized by its distinctive façade finished in premium white granite stone, lending both durability and timeless visual appeal. The project commenced in 2012 and was successfully completed in April 2016.
As a team, we dedicated focused effort and craftsmanship to achieve architectural balance, structural integrity, and refined detailing resulting in a residence that stands as a signature statement in the neighborhood. Today, this project remains one of our landmark achievements, reflecting our integrated design-build expertise and long-standing commitment to quality.
This residential project was designed and executed by Design Shelter in 2018, involving the modification of an existing ground floor structure and the addition of new architectural elements to enhance both functionality and visual appeal.
The original ground floor was carefully redesigned and structurally adapted to support the expanded upper levels while maintaining stability and continuity with the existing structure. The design integrates modern architectural features, clean geometric forms, and a balanced material palette, creating a distinctive and contemporary residential façade.
Special attention was given to space planning, natural light, and façade composition, Design Shelter handled the project from design development to construction execution, ensuring quality control, coordinated workmanship, and attention to detail throughout the process.
