Established in 1996, Design Shelter is an integrated Architecture, Construction, and Consultancy firm with over 30 years of professional experience in shaping responsible and enduring built environments.
Founded and led by Dr. P. C. Lal, Principal Architect & Founder, a registered Civil Engineer and Architect with a Doctorate in Architecture the firm is grounded in technical rigor, disciplined execution, and design integrity. His leadership has guided the successful delivery of more than 400 projects across diverse sectors.

This landmark residential project was designed and executed for our esteemed client, Mr. M. C. Mohan, in Vijaynagar, Bangalore.
Conceived in a refined fusion architectural style, the structure reflects a harmonious blend of classical detailing and contemporary elements. The building stands tall and elegant, characterized by its distinctive façade finished in premium white granite stone, lending both durability and timeless visual appeal. The project commenced in 2012 and was successfully completed in April 2016.
As a team, we dedicated focused effort and craftsmanship to achieve architectural balance, structural integrity, and refined detailing resulting in a residence that stands as a signature statement in the neighborhood. Today, this project remains one of our landmark achievements, reflecting our integrated design-build expertise and long-standing commitment to quality.
PEARL VALLEY STAR RESORT

This Resort is a grand hospitality development currently undertaken for Hiagreeva Developers. Envisioned as a premium destination resort, this expansive project spans over 25 acres, offering a comprehensive range of luxury amenities and facilities.
The project commenced in January 2017 and completed in 2019. As one of our landmark commercial sector projects, Design Shelter has been involved in delivering integrated Architectural and Construction solutions, ensuring coordinated planning, structural precision, and functional excellence across the large-scale development. Pearl Valley Star Resort stands as a significant milestone in our commercial portfolio, reflecting our capability to handle large-format hospitality and mixed-use developments with clarity, scale management, and execution discipline.
